Hebron’s Ibrahimi Mosque illuminated in Israeli flag colours

The Palestinian Ministry of Religious Affairs has condemned Israel’s illumination of Hebron’s Ibrahimi Mosque with Israeli flag colours, calling it a ‘blatant assault’ on the site’s sanctity. Hebrew slogans were projected onto the site, known to Jews as the Cave of the Patriarchs, during a 1967 occupation anniversary event.
