AI fraud costing victims millions of dollars

Deepfake scams are becoming harder to spot as criminals use AI to impersonate officials and public figures. In Singapore, one victim lost nearly $4m to a deepfake scam, while researchers warn the technology is becoming easier to create. Al Jazeera’s Patrick Fok reports.
