Spain’s tomato food fight leaves thousands covered in pulp

Thousands of people pelt each other with tomatoes as Spain’s famous ‘La Tomatina’ festival gets underway. Thousands of participants join the hour-long food fight, using around 150,000kg of tomatoes in a tradition dating back to 1945.
