I make dried oranges every year for Christmas, and this is the dehydrator I have! I have a small apartment, and deciding to get this was a big (storage space, especially) investment. For my family, it earned its spot of honor after the first batch of berries. We make fruit leather and dehydrated fruit constantly for ourselves and our toddler. I have nearly no counter space, and these pans aren't small, but the clever cubby/hanging canvas pot holder makes it possible to tuck this entire set into a teeny tiny corner beside my stove.
