A West Side man is accused of sexually abusing his children's 12-year-old neighborhood friend over the course of about three years, reportedly attempting to lure the child with money.

Mohammad Ullah Noor Mohammad, 43, was arrested Monday on a charge of continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14. He posted a $100,000 bond Tuesday and is awaiting release from the Bexar County jail.

The child, now 15, told San Antonio police that he met Mohammad in 2022, when he was 12 years old, according to an arrest affidavit. The boy was friends with Mohammad's children and lived near his apartment in the 1700 block of S. Hamilton Ave., near S. Zarzamora Street and U.S. 90.

The victim said that after meeting Mohammad in 2022, the man approached him multiple times and offered him free money. Mohammad later "offered to give the victim more money in exchange for sex," according to the affidavit.

Mohammad began sexually abusing the boy weekly until he was about 15 years old, the document states. It ended in December 2025, when the boy told him that he did not want to continue engaging in sexual acts.

The victim showed police a nude video of Mohammad taken on a cell phone and multiple photos that showed them together in his truck.

If convicted, Mohammad faces a maximum sentence of life in prison and a $100,000 fine.

He posted a $100,000 bond Tuesday and is awaiting release from the Bexar County jail.
