The fatal crash at LaGuardia Airport in New York will affect at least 11 flights to and from Palm Beach International Airport on Monday, March 23.

Two Air Canada pilots died when the nose of their jet struck a firetruck on the airport's runway. A total of 41 passengers and crew members received care at hospitals after the wreck late on Sunday, March 22. The plane had traveled to New York from Montreal.

Transportation officials say LaGuardia will be closed at least until 2 p.m. Anyone traveling to LaGuardia today from PBIA should contact their airlines for updates prior to arriving at the airport.

According to PBIA's website, canceled flights to LaGuardia include:

Delta flight 2532, scheduled to leave at 7:20 a.m.

JetBlue 962, scheduled to leave at 10:13 a.m.

Delta flight 2536, scheduled to leave at 11:22 a.m.

JetBlue flight 2462, scheduled to leave at 1:45 p.m.

Delta flight 1349, scheduled to leave at 1:57 p.m.

Flights later in the day on both airlines remained on time as of 7 a.m.

Arriving flights from LaGuardia canceled as of 7 a.m. include:

JetBlue flight 461, scheduled to land at 9:59 a.m.

Delta flight 2536, scheduled to land at 10:17 a.m.

American flight 3317, scheduled to land at 11:30 a.m.

Delta flight 1349, scheduled to land at 12:52 p.m.

JetBlue flight 961, scheduled to land at 1:34 p.m.

Delta flight 2396, scheduled to land at 2:20 p.m.

Flights arriving later in the day remain on schedule.
