Turns out awards season isn't over quite yet.

We cover tons of amazing products here at BuzzFeed Shopping, but some of them stand apart from the pack for feeling like pretty life-changing purchases. Listen, I always thought packing cubes were a waste of time, until I discovered the magic of *compression* packing cubes — and now I don't know how I ever traveled without them. As long as I didn't wildly overstuff these, the compression zipper was easy to close (though it does take a bit of elbow grease), and helped squeeze my clothes together so there was zero wasted space. I was able to fit many more shirts than usual, and having everything neatly organized in its own cube made getting dressed on my week-long vacation a breeze. The only downside? You do have to meticulously re-pack everything in the cubes the same way you did for your return trip, but that's a small price to pay for extra space and organization.
