I get eyeball headaches like nobody's business, so I was very excited to try these out! My impulse is usually to put an ice pack on my head, but it's just too cold for me to stand it (and too inconvenient). These are super lightweight, easily stick to your forehead, and cool SO FAST it feels like witchcraft. I truly can't comprehend how all the cold comes from such a tiny patch!! It is just the right amount of cold to help numb the pain without distracting me while I'm trying to get work done, and the cold really does last for hours. I often still take a pain reliever when I get headaches, but they take forever to work on me, and these are an absolute godsend while I'm waiting.
