Promising review: "This is one of my favorite tools that I’ve gotten since I’ve started gathering and caring for indoor plants. The moisture meter has definitely shown me the error of my ways, and I’m learning from those mistakes! The light meter has come in handy recently, now that my area is starting to stay warm enough to leave plants outside. Not only is it super handy, but it’s also a great learning tool. Highly recommend!" —Brittany Leigh Each pack includes 1,300+ seeds, including zucchini, eggplant, beets, pumpkins, butternut squash, cabbage, bok choy, cauliflower, broccoli, rapini, rabe, celery, cucumbers, kohlrabi, radishes, bell peppers, cayenne peppers, okra, Brussels sprouts, beefsteak tomatoes, and cherry tomatoes. Promising review: "These are the best knee pads I have ever used, for sure. Nice and soft feeling. They allow me to stay on my knees for an extended period of time without getting uncomfortable. I have worn them for nine-hour working days without any issues with fit, adjustment, or comfort. If you put them in place, they will stay in place. They have great cushioning and are very comfortable, but in my opinion, what really makes them better than most other knee pads on the market is the fact that they have two adjustable straps with slip buckles instead of one of the straps being Velcro. You can attach them very easily, and because you’re able to tighten them better than Velcro, they will stay in place. The straps are of good elasticity, so they won’t start hurting you even when they are really tight." —Shannon Huett Get them from Amazon for $29.99+ (available in two styles). Promising review: "Great value for the $$ and attractive! Looks great on my back porch area and is a nice place to store all my planting supplies. The metal countertop is a nice touch, as it’s easy to wipe down and gives it a bit of a rustic look. I would highly recommend and buy it again!" —Staci Evans Get it from Amazon for $95.99+ (available in three wood finishes). The planters are sold separately, and I recommend either this pack of white ones or this pack of multicolored ones. Promising review: "I have a small balcony with two entrances so not a lot of available floor space. By making a vertical garden I can have my fresh herbs without taking up valuable real estate. It goes on a wall by the door that wouldn't have been used otherwise. Plus it looks so pretty! It was very easy to install. With the addition of the hanging planters (sold separately) I love that I can easily take my herbs down to water them or bring into my kitchen to cook with. Looks so classy and functional." —Luna Get it from Amazon for $15.37+ (available in various sizes and sets). Promising review: "I thought it would be a good idea to start gardening. For the last couple of years, I was lugging them around back and forth on the patio. What a relief for my back that I don't have to do that anymore. The trays are sturdy and deep enough that water doesn't come out all over the ground, either. I like the wheel locking feature in case I want them to stay in place, and the maneuverability of them is great." —Cheryl Get it from Amazon for $21.99 (also available in brown). Promising review: "We purchased these tunnel netting covers to protect our blueberry bushes and raised garden beds from deer, squirrels, and birds. We had previously tried a DIY net covering with PVC piping, but it was a pain to set up and use, and we didn't want to pay the high price to install deer fencing. The netting and zippers are high quality, and I feel we will be able to use them for a number of years. The door zippers make access to the garden very easy and convenient. The netting lets in plenty of sun but has kept out garden pirates (deer, etc). They were easy to setup and the storage bag is convenient to keep them in for the off-season." —Willie Get it from Amazon for $59.99+ (available in nine shapes/sizes). Comes with a measuring scooper, easy to use. The plants will thank you for using it with beautiful, healthy-looking leaves and branches. Highly recommend." —Alan Promising review: "New gardener's best friend. This fertilizer saved my young sweet potato plants and got them back on track! I live in zone 8a 7b, where it is extremely hot and humid. I took my time with sprouting my sweet potatoes and grew beautiful, strong, and healthy slips. I took the time to harden them off before planting and gave them the ideal soil and growing conditions. What I hadn't accounted for was the extreme heat and full sun that scorched the tender young leaves and vines. My poor plants were not growing and began to shrivel up to a crisp. I knew there was no way any tubers would form if the leaves could not take in the sun and photosynthesize. So I mixed this fertilizer in with fresh growing medium, then topped off my beds. I knew rain was coming, so I let them have a good drink. A week later, I had large leafy greens and healthy vines growing in. Now my plants can take in the sun and convert it to the energy needed to develop healthy sweet potatoes. I've since added partial shade to help buffer the direct sun as well. If you need to get your plants off to a strong start, this fertilizer is a must. Your leaves, roots, and fruit will thank you!" —Kena Hayes Get it from Amazon for $19.16+ (also available in a two-pack). Promising review: "Works as expected! Had lots of luck with this product this year. I was able to save a lot of money by using this to propagate new plants from existing plants all summer long. I will be purchasing this again next spring!" —Kimberly E Get it from Amazon for $5.99 (also available in multipacks). Promising reviews: "Whenever you're dealing with plants that absolutely need a high acidic level, such as mountain laurels, and you need that soil to be quickly fixed, Earth Science delivers. Nobody wants to buy a plant for $50+ and then watch it die for something as easy to fix as the pH level. When dealing with citrus, hydrangeas, rhododendron, azaleas, and mountain laurel, I always have fast-acting sulfur and lime to adjust quickly. Highly recommended." —Beegirl950 "I moved to a house with a struggling hydrangea and was new to gardening. I got it to look nicer, but it didn’t flower for two years. I put this on them in the third year, and they did great. I was able to provide florals for an event and still have a very bushy hydrangea full of beautiful blue flowers." —Shannon Promising review: "Had an animal or pest eating the leaves of my new plants. Put this over it and tightened the bottom drawstring, and it’s working perfectly. I water the plants, and it gets through the netting." —Katrina Get four from Amazon for $13.96+ (available in five sizes). * Affordable Products That’ll Help You Transform Your Backyard In Small, But Impactful Ways * If You Want To Make Your Backyard *Even Better*, Here Are 24 Low-Lift Suggestions * If A Home Garden Has Been On Your Mind A Lot Recently, Here Are 30 Things To Get You Started * Ways To Create An Outdoor Oasis Worthy Of Its Own Magazine Spread * Things Under $50 That’ll Help You Make Your Backyard Your Own Personal Oasis Plus, finds from Ikea, Lowe's, Walmart, and Wayfair.
