If you can squeeze it into your itinerary, head to Manly Beach. It's my favourite beach around Sydney, and the relaxed coastal vibe makes it well worth the ferry ride.

My go-to restaurant in the city, Bar Totti's, is just down the street!

The food at North Sandwiches genuinely changed my life. If you go, do yourself a favour and order the Hotbird Sandwich.

You can also pet kangaroos, but they scare me.
