“I was told by my doctor to do as many push-ups as I can, in perfect form, in the morning when I brush my teeth, and in the evening when I brush my teeth...it was amazing seeing the transformation.” Additional responses were found here and here. "This is a recipe for going from little sleep to no sleep. It turns out that most of the insomnia treatment protocol is based around the assumption that a person is just going through some kind of phase where they couldn't sleep for a while, and then got anxious about it, which prolonged the problem. However, in all my life, it has never taken me less than an hour to fall asleep, nor do I get more than six hours total, and that's on my very best nights! Not only that, but they're banking on just strong-arming the body to sleep by depriving it for long enough, but I had already learned the hard way (without even trying to) that getting even less sleep than usual is extremely dangerous for my emotional stability, and suffice it to say I am not willing to deliberately subject myself to that kind of risk."
