Iran's top negotiator declares victory in war against the US and Israel

Iran’s Parliament speaker and top negotiator Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf has declared both a military and political victory in the war against the US and Israel. Ghalibaf’s remarks came on the day the 60-day MoU with the US is set to expire.
