After losing a nearly $1 billion legal battle in New Mexico for knowingly harming the mental health of children, Meta is headed back to court. This time it will face state attorneys general from four states accusing the social media giant behind Facebook and Instagram of knowingly creating an algorithm that is addictive, especially for teenage users.
