Soooo, I don't believe there are enough words in the English language to describe just how much I LOVE THIS THING. So, story time: I've always been what I call a mediocre cook. I can whip up those simple meals, I can dabble in the harder-to-create ones (with a 50/50 chance of success), but I am by no means an accomplished chef. To me, cooking was always a chore — something I HAD to do but I never exactly looked forward to (my end-of-year receipt for Uber Eats will attest to that). So the first thing I ever whipped up in this thing was a Parmesan risotto, an infamously finicky dish that's so annoying to cook, most people have never even had it outside of a restaurant. Ya'll — it was so easy, took only 25 minutes, and most importantly, TASTED ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!

Guys. I can finally cook now. You should have seeeeen the look on my Moroccan mother's face when I was finally able to present her with homemade couscous that I did not need her help with. I'm finally understanding why this is quickly becoming the most popular appliance in Europe.

It takes out all the tediousness of cooking while keeping all of the fun! I no longer have to hover over the stove mixing and making sure I don't accidentally burn anything — instead, I use that time to work, play with my daughter, or simply scroll on TikTok.
