Russia and Ukraine trade attacks despite pledging to resume peace talks

Overnight attacks on Kyiv injured 15 people, while two were injured in Moscow as Russia said it intercepted 163 Ukrainian drones. The attacks came hours after Putin and Zelenskyy signalled willingness to resume peace talks with the US.
