Kazakhstan releases first tiger to restore extinct species

Kazakhstan has released the first Amur tiger in the wild in more than 70 years to help restore the extinct Caspian tiger to Central Asia. The restoration project is being done through an MoU signed between Kazakhstan and Russia in 2022.
