Ratatouille taught us that our only limit in the kitchen is our soul. But having these products won’t hurt!

The seven blades are: an angel hair blade, fine shredding, coarse shredding, curly fry, flat blade, fine wavy, and coarse wavy.

Promising review: "I could not recommend this to more people if I tried — it's been an amazing addition to my kitchen! Super easy to use and clean and works great. I like that it's light too so that I can stack it on other appliances in my tiny kitchen, without taking up more counter space when it's not in use. The suction cups on the bottom are great for keeping it in place when in use." —ksb

Promising review: "As a beginner, it's important to me that the knife is low-maintenance, versatile (to reduce the number of implements I need), and relatively safe. It is all of these. The knife could *probably* be sharper, but I would be more nervous using it. As it is, the blade simply slides through every fruit, vegetable, and loaf I've tried it on. —Tim Mccormack

Promising review: "This thing really works great. Takes only seconds to tenderize any kind of meat. I've used it on pork, beef, and chicken, and the results are that these meats cook and taste so much better after being tenderized with this. Many people ask about dishwasher safety. I have used it for a while and always put it in the dishwasher, and it's fine. It's plastic and stainless steel, so I don't think the dishwasher can hurt it." —5280

Get it from Amazon for $29.50+ (available in four colors and a 16-blade option).

It also comes equipped with a soft grip handle and a deeply convenient angled nozzle, and is dishwasher safe!

Promising review: "Our old liquid measuring cups were beginning to get worn and very hard to read. I had seen these angled measuring cups before and wanted to give them a try, so I bought two (2-cup versions) to replace our existing cups. I've only gotten to use them a handful of times, but I can already tell you they are better than traditional measuring cups. In my opinion, this is the only way measuring cups should be made in the future." —SK

Promising review: "These are fabulous measuring cups! Heavy, sturdy, long handled, easy to use and stack well. The only con is that they are somewhat pricey. But I won't have to ever buy measuring cups again. This is a buy-it-for-life purchase." —Rebecca R

Promising review: "I had a two-hinge garlic press, which worked well but the garlic often got stuck and it was not easy to clean. I am pleasantly surprised by how this garlic crusher has such a simple design, yet it is so effective. As you press the garlic, the minced garlic will be collected on top of the grater and you can easily scape them off with the little knife that came with the kit. I also love the silicon peeler! It makes peeling garlic skin a lot easier. With these tools, my hands longer stink from cropping garlic!" —CL

Promising review: "As a chef, I rely on quality equipment because consistency matters. After more than 33 years of regular use, this is one of the rare home kitchen appliances that continues to deliver professional-level results every time I use it.

After more than three decades with mine, I recently purchased this same model as a gift because I know firsthand how dependable it is. That’s probably the strongest recommendation I can give. If mine ever stopped working tomorrow after 33 years of faithful service, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another Cuisinart. Five stars without hesitation." —Happy to Help

Promising review: OK, I'm a beginner cook and let me tell you...this is the absolute BEST peeler I could've EVER gotten!! It's SO easy to peel things! I just used it for the first time last night peeling cucumbers and boy oh boy, was it a whiz!!! Just about a week and a half ago, I was using a knife to peel things and it took FOREVER!! Now I'm looking for other things to peel cause this thing just works that good!! Just a *take care* heads up...watch your fingers around the blade cause that sucker works!! I haven't cut myself on it (yet), but I've read some of the other reviews and I can definitely agree, that blade is sharp! You definitely gotta pick yourself up one of these peelers! You WON'T regret it!" —Marisa

Promising review: "I have used other tongs in the past, and they were good, but one problem I usually always had was that I would get pinched every time I would go to turn something. I no longer get pinched, let's just say. These tongs are great for turning anything from meat to veggies to breads. The way they lock means they are going to stay locked until you actually want to unlock them. I use them for BBQs also; they work wonders around the tongs I use to use for the grill. I highly recommend these for even the beginners in cooking; why not start with the best, that way you don't waste money on others as I did?" —Missy

Promising review: "This is one of the best inventions ever!! My family loves pasta, so we decided to try this out. 1) It is SO easy to use, my toddler can do it (with our supervision). 2) It is very easy to clean and assemble. 3) I feel so much better after eating the pasta that we make versus the pasta that we buy from the store. 4) The taste is fresh and so good! I highly recommend this!! We went with the smaller version since there are only four of us, and that has been perfect for our family and great for storage, as we don't have a lot of extra storage space. Stop thinking about it and JUST BUY IT!!" —Tiffany

Promising review: "This digital meat thermometer is the best I've ever had. I own others, but they are either too bulky to fit in the drawer or too hard to read. This one is small and lightweight; it's easy to pull out the probe and very easy to read the temperature. I purchased several as stocking stuffers for Christmas. They make a gift that will be appreciated for its size and ease of use, but most importantly, it will be a gift that gets used instead of put away in the closet." —Yardleydoc

It can weigh items ranging between 0.1 ounces to 22 pounds, and comes with AAA batteries so you can try it out right away. Plus, it features a tare function, which allows you to place a mixing vessel (e.g., bowl) on top, zero out the weight, then add your ingredients and weigh just those.

Promising review: "I got this after rekindling my interest in sourdough baking. Since I haven't really baked that much before, I was content just using my standard measuring cup. When I started using this, I noticed there can be a big difference between grams and cups. I must say, I was hesitant to use this scale right away because I thought it would have a big learning curve. However, I was up and running in minutes. It was easy to make my plate a '0' and begin the weighing process. I just finished baking a zucchini sourdough quick loaf and it came out much better than my previous attempts without weighing ingredients. I like the look of this scale and think I'll get a lot of use out of it." —Karin Foster

Promising review: "I'd always used the two spoon method to attempt to get cookies of the same size on the cookie sheet. I got pretty good at it, but there was always an amateur look to my finished cookies. The idea of a cookie scoop never occurred to me until I complimented a friend saying that her cookies looked worthy of a high-end bake shop. Every cookie on the plate looked to be exactly the same size and to have cooked evenly. She shared the secret of the scoop to ensure consistency in the look and texture of her cookies.

Deciding to purchase one for myself, I looked cookie scoops up on Amazon.com and saw my favorite brand, Oxo Good Grips, listed and bought all three sizes. The medium is the one I use most. The large comes in handy for making oversize dessert cookies, but the small has mainly been relegated to occasional melon baller status. I recently had to replace the medium sized one. Not because it wore out —  it didn't. In fact, it was just as comfortable and springy as the day purchased. No, I loaned the darn thing to my neighbor over the holidays when she broke her cheaply made scoop in some kind of cookie making frenzy. Perhaps she found herself coveting it too much to return it, it's that good." —☮S.Trasny

It's very stylish, made of sturdy materials, and easy to clean. It's so pretty I just leave it on the counter, but it does have a handle for hanging." —Jowana Lamb

Promising review: "This pot is fantastic, and it's BEAUTIFUL! I am in love. I've cooked in enameled pans forever, but that other brand doesn't even compare. I wish I had found this brand decades ago! I'm selling all my other (expensive) pots and using only this brand from now on. No more sticking. No more having to deglaze the pan after cooking proteins. No need to hover over the stove to prevent scorching. This pot keeps things cooking just right, and everything comes out perfectly. Simply keep the heat a little lower than you normally do, but don't worry, your food will cook in the same amount of time. It's just SO much easier to cook with compared to plain cast iron or stainless. Easy to cook in, easy to care for. It's so pretty, it's going to sit out on top of the stove as ART in my kitchen! 100% recommended!" —Carter

Promising review: "This is one of the coolest gizmos I’ve purchased! And it works like a charm, especially for scrambled eggs. I’ve always struggled with getting the egg white and yolk blended well together. This tool does the trick. I found it most effective with liquids. Any kind of sauce or salad dressing can be well blended with this tool too." —Austin

Promising review: "The one I received was sharp enough to get the job done! I shred a large head of cabbage in less than five minutes, counting clean up! Shreds potatoes just as quickly with peels on, or thin slices just as easily! Cheese, I would partly freeze before shredding, as it will get a little gummy the warmer it gets! Clean counter suction works great. I lightly dampened, dried, and placed it on the counter; it holds really strongly! Oh, I also slice a cored apple in no time!" —Macy S.

Promising review: "I never had any interest in traditional gardening, and I don't consider this a garden. I consider it a leaf machine. Electricity, water, and plant food go in; leaves come out. It has none of the drawbacks I associate with gardening: no dirt, bugs, weeds, weather, winter, bending over, or having to go outside to maintain it or even just to get a leaf. It's about as convenient to use and as easy to maintain as the automatic coffee maker sitting next to it, except instead of making coffee, it makes leaves." —William Hees

Promising review: "I LOVE this bread machine! I've had a half-dozen bread makers over the years, including the more expensive but inferior CBK-200 over the past five years, and this CBK-110 is simply the best I've used. The consistency, ease-of-use, ease-to-clean, flavor, size, and control panel are the best around." —B. Williams, Software Engineer

Promising review: "I wanted to do a test run, so I hacked my store-bought pancake batter mix to make Belgium Waffles. They could not have turned out better or more delicious. They were light and the perfect height with deep grooves. Even with a little overflow on the one waffle, it was so easy to clean. This is going to get some serious use. Highly satisfied!" —ZepMag

Promising review: "Like all ice cream makers, the ability to know what you put into your ice cream is a huge draw. Possibly more important is what you *don't* put into your ice cream. Purchasing ice cream from the store is infinitely easier than making your own from scratch, but then so is ordering pizza and fast food over cooking your own, and most of us are aware that doing so comes at it's own cost. If you want to make your own ice cream that is healthier, usually tastes better, and can be made to whatever ice cream cravings you happen to be having at the moment, then you want your own ice cream maker.

Is it pricy? Yeah, it assuredly isn't going to win any votes from the super-budget minded. Is it a great ice cream machine? Yes, it really is. It does everything you could want it to do, it's very aesthetically pleasing, and you can tell it is very well built. This is not something I can see breaking down on me, something that you always risk when choosing a budget appliance. Is it worth it? That really comes down to how much you'll use it. I have a vegan ice cream book I bought (N'ice Cream: 80+ Recipes for Healthy Homemade Vegan Ice Creams) specifically so I would have all the recipes I'd ever want, to make sure I made use of this purchase. I recommend the book also, even if you're not vegan, as there are some great recipes for inspiration if nothing else." —Kenneth M.

Promising review: "This is miles ahead of the competition. It's powerful, heating up my water more than twice as fast as my Instant Pot model. Also, it generates a much stronger current. Both of these enable it to warm 17 gallons (much more if in the right container), which I think is its main selling point. As far as build, this thing is just perfect. Large 'min' and 'max' water area, very adjustable, and able to work 24/7 with no issues." —Aaron Martin
