I may have doubted the Squatty Potty at first, but I would never doubt the wisdom of a millennial who swears by it.

Drop It recommends 1–2 drops for each glass of white wine, 2–3 for a glass of red, and 7–9 if you're treating the whole bottle at once. Once it's in the glass, swirl lightly for 20 seconds, and you should be good to go!

BuzzFeed Shopping editor Elizabeth Lilly says, "I've tried these before on some weekend friend getaways where we drank a LOT of wine and I think they really work! Just don't get overeager squeezing the bottle because then you can put way too much in your glass and make your wine taste weird. Yep, I did that and learned my lesson."

Promising review: "I became really sensitive to wine in my 30s and through a lot of trial and painful error, I thought I might have to give up on wine altogether. Then I found out about the preservatives being a possible cause and decided to give this product a shot. So glad I did!! I'm still pretty sensitive to reds but this helps tremendously so that I can have a glass with dinner without a headache immediately settling in. Whites cause me no problem what so ever! I love that it takes so little product to make a difference to a whole bottle. Just a few drops, a few minutes and we are good to go." —CastawayIrons

Promising review: "Broken ribs at 26 made my spine do the twists four years ago, so I have related back pain. Best 30-year-old present I could've gotten myself sadly, but true! I've been using this bad boy once a day before bed to relax muscles and sometimes in the mornings if it's bad when I wake up. I don't use it more than 10–30 minutes at a time but I'm so happy I've been putting in the time with it. Don't use neck to get up, use your abs. Absolutely fabulous device. Im so much more flexible and relieved. The only bad thing? Disappointed that I haven't ordered this sooner!" —Brielle Leighton

Promising review: "FINALLY, COMFY PANTIES! As a 30-year-old woman, I’ve been on the search for comfy underwear and I finally found them. They’re soft and have the perfect amount of stretch." —Amazon Customer

"So freaking comfy. I need my undies to cradle under my butt cheeks the way a loving mother tenderly cradles her newborn’s face. I was worried these would creep up the cheeks into wedgie territory, but no. Blissful cheek hugging all day long. Can’t feel them even if I tried. No weird pinching or odd areas. Perfect chef’s kiss. I typically wear Aerie boy brief–style undies — these are a close match in fit and comfort, and equivocal in size." —Ali Morey

Promising review: "I'm so glad to have my feet back again. I'm not sure what happened, but when I turned 30 I got my grandfather's feet. Dry, hard scaly. Of course I was very skeptical but for the cost of the foot peel kit, I really didn't' have much to lose. I read a lot of reviews before purchasing it to see if I could get an idea of what to expect and how to do it. The first couple of days after the peel, I didn't notice any change. By day three, the process began. My dead skin begin peeling off in layers. It was very therapeutic getting rid of that rough dry skin. After my feet stopped peeling, I waited four days, then did another peel. My feet look and feel 20 years younger!!! If your embarrassed by your feet, this is a must buy!" —David

After suffering terrible neck pain and restless nights, I decided to purchase these pillows after seeing such good reviews. I have had them for about a week now, and I feel incredible! Promising review: "When I tell you these gloves are heaven sent. I've been having unbearable pain to the point I've been unable to use my hand. I'm in my early 30's so that's scary. I've used tens units and pain patches but they only provided temporary relief for a few minutes or hours. Purchasing these gloves I've now been able to use my hand again within the first 24 hours. Initially they were too small/tight but I contacted the seller whom amazingly replaced them and now I've been using them constantly without issue. I highly recommend these gloves." —ZBrand

Promising review: "Makes my achy feet happy! Apparently, my feet decided mid-thirties was a good time to start giving me trouble — so I'm dealing with falling arches and one foot attempting to develop a heel spur (as well as just general achiness from spending a decent amount of time on my feet during the day). I'm really happy to say the fit and comfort on these is perfect — in addition to being large and problematic, my feet also have pretty sensitive skin on top and these socks don't bother me even after several hours of wear. I've even slept wearing them with no irritation! They also definitely make my feet feel better; soon after I put them on, my aches and pains will fade off (not always completely, but always noticeably!) and my feet are much happier. I was glad to have them on my trip, and I really enjoy wearing them around the house after a tiring day. Altogether, I'm very pleased — thanks, SB SOX!" —A. Phillips

Promising reviews: "I've been wearing flat sandals for years now (I am 32). I got to thinking I really needed something with more support and didn't slide all over. The first name that came to mind were Birks. Worn by friends but unlikely I'd drop that kind of money, I scrolled many times past these. I finally jumped at them when I saw a review stating they were even more comfortable than Birks. Now, I don't know what those Birks feel like, however I've seen this style at a couple of big box stores in town and they came nowhere near what these feel and not even close to anything I've ever owned. These sandals are SOOOO COMFORTABLE! I would highly recommend! I'll likely buy in several colors. As far as longevity and quality goes, we will see. I'm hoping a long time..." —kennet028

"These are my favorite sandals and brand. I’ve purchased these several times and I will continue to do so as long as they keep making them…. I wear them til they fall apart. I usually have one pair for approximately two years, and I wear them almost every day, even during the winter months, haha. The style is cute and very durable. I’d definitely say true to size and colors are great." —Cassandra

Promising reviews: "I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but I love this stuff. I’m 37 and just started noticing some grays. This stuff is great and looks natural. The smell is fine, just buy it, totally worth it." —Kimberly Keough

Promising review: "Life saver. This stuff is amazing! I am 35 and 75% gray. I’m not ready [for the fully gray look] so this is my holy grail between colorings. It is easy to use and covers well. I even use it to spray my part or the sides of my head where you can see my scalp when I wear my hair up (makes it look thicker). My hair is very dark but not black. I started using the dark brown but found that the medium works nicer for me. The only word of caution is transfer. Day to day wear is fine, even sleeping with it in. I’ve gotten splashed pretty heavily in the pool and had no problem, but one day when it was 1000 degrees and 100% humidity in FL I put my sunglasses on my head and then back on my face and got brown dye all over my nose and cheeks 😬 I did have a ton of product in that day so there’s that…" —Kristin E.

I travel frequently since I'm in a long distance relationship. The flights can be very turbulent and when I wear these (paired with taking Dramamine), I can survive the bumps without needing to puke my guts out, or being nauseated to migraine status. The Migrastil migraine stick comes from small biz Basic Vigor.

Promising review: "I have never been a believer in essential oils. As a 30-year sufferer of migraines, I put this on my Christmas list. I was resistant, but during a recent bout with cluster migraines, I tried this product out of desperation. Within five minutes of applying, I felt a cooling and soothing that immediately eased the pain. Two days later, I tried again with the same result. I just received my two backup containers so I now have one at home, in my purse, and one at the office. This product made a believer out of me. Promising review: "You know that feeling when you climb into your bed sheets with freshly shaved legs? And then you proceed to rub your legs together like a cricket because your skin feels so smooth? This oil makes my entire body feel that after every shower! It is amazing. It feels very gentle yet like it cleans you effectively. At first I tried putting it on my hands and rubbing it on my skin, but it didn't really lather up for me like that so I tried one or two pumps on my loofah and it lathered a bunch!! I'm in my 30s and recently started taking care of my skin more. My skin is dry year-round but ever since I started showering with this, my skin doesn't really feel tight anymore. I even got a compliment from my SO on how soft my skin felt! Glad I found this oil and would totally recommend it." —Ally

Promising review: "I am a stay at home mom who doesn't normally wear a full face of makeup everyday, but I apply this daily!! I have dark hair, brown eyes, freckles and fair skin and in my mid 30s. I have small kids, so I don't always get the rest I need but when I wear this you would NEVER know I only had four hours of sleep. I apply this on my eyelids, under my eyes (in a triangle shape from the inside corner of my eye and to the outer corner and then down to my nose) and will also put a line down the ridge of my nose and dab it with my fingers to rub it in. I feel it works best if you moisturize your face, apply the brightener, then set it with your powder makeup. I have already told my friends and family members about it and they are also all in love with it!" —Cappy

I usually do staircase exercises in the mornings and after putting these on there was a dramatic difference right away. Why didn't I get these years ago? I did more stairs the first day than I have any days before that. And I didn't get tired and at the end wasn't dragging myself up the steps or limping on my good leg. I don't get how this work but it makes such a dramatic difference. Intimate Rose is a small biz creating wellness products, like dilators, weights, supplements, and more that help treat issues and pain related to the pelvic floor.

Promising review: "Love them. I'm very happy with the results so far. I've been using the weights for 10 days — I started with the ivory and now I'm in the fourth weight! Twice a day for about 15 minutes each time and now I'm able to interrupt my urine stream, something that was not possible before starting. Also, I notice I'm not getting up in the middle of the night to pee. I feel that now that I'm using the heavier weights, the progress is slower, but that's understandable and to be expected. I'm 37 years old, have gone through two vaginal births, and I'm finally feeling a difference! The thing is, I couldn't really do kegel exercises on my own, so I'm very happy with this product and would for sure recommend it. Hopefully will soon reach my pre pregnancy status :)" —r mag

Promising review: "In March, I was sent out of the office to work from home for the first time. Not having a proper set up yet I sat at the kitchen table and began working 10+ hour days. After a weeks I noticed pelvic and lower back pain, radiating down my left leg. I started experiencing urinary systems and cramps. I was sure something was seriously wrong with me. After a clear ultrasound, we determined it was sciatica from sitting on a hardwood dining chair! This cushion has literally cured me. I am now more conscious to take breaks throughout the day and walk the dog longer on my lunches as well. But I really believe the cushion is what has made the biggest difference. I'm 30! They go with jeans, leggings, joggers, athletic shorts. I'm 38 years old and never imagined myself wanting to wear sneakers every day, but here I am! Officially old and preferring these to any other shoe I own. I wear size 8, and these run true to size. No need to untie, as they slip on and off easily. A lot of runners and athletes also swear by these for training and races, since it's a guarantee their shoes won't come untied (and it also helps distribute the tension through the entire top of your foot, preventing localized injuries for longer runs!). You can also adjust the tension easily if your feet are more swollen on a particular day.

Promising review: "I have some mysterious instep (top of foot) pain that acts up any time I wear a shoe snug in that area. It got to the pont where I couldn't wear anything but sandals for more than an hour without pain (and I live in the Northeast so this is clearly not sustainable!) I'm also super a super active 30-something, so not being able to wear sneakers was devastating. I gave these a shot on my trailrunners, and I could cry they've made such a difference. I guess because they have some give, they just don't cause the pain. Changed my life (or — brought my life back to normal!) Idk if your instep pain is the same as mine, but give it a shot!" —cmryfa

Other reviewers note that this was effective enough that they didn't have to use mouthwash nearly as often to combat odors!

Promising reviews: ""I don't know how I went 36 years of my life without scraping my tongue. I’m obsessed now. Leaves your mouth feeling so clean!" —Brandon Schwenn

"I was skeptical, but after the first use, I was sold. The motivation to use it twice a day (or more) was immediate, because it solved what mints, brushing mouthwash, etc. just never did: It eliminated my bad breath. If you've struggled with bad breath, like I have (for YEARS), get one of these. I wouldn't have believed it, but after scraping my tongue, I could immediately tell that my mouth was clean in a new way. That 'old taste' was gone. A toothbrush doesn't cut it — it can't get back on the tongue like the scraper does. And this scraper gets stuff in a way that a toothbrush just won't. Trust me — when you scrape your tongue, you'll see what I mean. —CODreamer

Check out a TikTok of Gold Bond in action.

Promising review: "The BEST most unexpected results. I don’t really ever write reviews, but I just don’t understand why I have never heard anyone talk about this — specifically people who spent their teen years in a tanning bed circa early 2000s. I’m 36. I recently stopped wearing certain shirts because my chest was looking a little raisin-ish. I was researching chest and neck serums and some how stumbled upon Goldbond?! I almost didn’t buy it because of the brand but I’m soooo glad I did. I cannot believe how amazing this stuff works. Thank God I did not sleep on this product. Promising review: "I will never buy another pair of warm weather PJs again other than these. I am a thirty-something post-baby lady, and with my hormones paired with living in Arizona, I needed PJs that were cool and comfortable. But I often found that the fabric of other PJs would rapidly get worn, pilled, and rough. These silky soft PJs have been going strong for months now through countless hot flashes and heat waves when it would get into the 80s in our bedroom. If you are a hot-blooded person and need to cool down, I can't recommend these enough. I literally never leave reviews but felt compelled to preach to others the good word of Latuza's PJs. My bedroom presently has a huge pile of all my old ones on the floor that I am either going to donate to charity or throw out. I am that serious about this product. I was even so impressed with them that I got a second pair the following week and two more pairs for my Mama and sis. My only criticism is that they are not magic transforming PJs, and I will still have to hold on to a few pair of fleece jammies for the few chilly months we do get in Arizona. But one product can't do everything. So if you are often cold at night, you should probably move on to another product." —Margery

This shampoo was designed to work for sensitive scalps, color-dyed and chemically processed hair, and all hair types and textures, with reviewers with 3b–4c curls mentioning it worked for them.

Promising review: "After two washes, about 75% of my dandruff cleared up. After the third wash, I’d say 98% cleared up. I have microscopic flakes (dot like) near my hairline above my ears, but even then, I’m the only one who can see it. This stuff is a miracle worker. It had a clean/medicinal scent but I really like it. My hair smells great once it’s dry. I’ve had dandruff all my life and nothing seemed to help. Head & Shoulders made it worse. Coming into my mid-30s, my dandruff has worsened and my hair has slowly but surely started to thin out. After the first use of this shampoo, I immediately noticed a huge difference in the amount of hair loss in the shower. I’m talking from gobs of hair to two or three strands. I’m hoping this will help prevent anymore hair loss and help lost hair grow back. Regardless, I’m beyond happy with the results so far." —BookBeauty

I was initially concerned that the product would be too rough and damage my sensitive scalp or too soft and ineffective. However, this brush is perfect for me. It does not tangle my long hair, it is easy to use and just firm enough to get the job done. My scalp no longer itches and the icky buildup is gone. I can’t believe something so affordable has made such a difference in the health of my scalp. I’ve used expensive shampoos and conditioners to no end with barely a difference. Promising review: "Love this thing!!! I'm 30 and thought this one was modern and cool. The little slots to push in pills is fantastic and the containers are very large. It keeps my huge vitamin pills on either side and could fit over 10 large ones if needed. Love this thing. Worth the price and looks like it'll last forever. I do wish the magnets were stronger. They just keep them in place but will slide off if bumped. I assume this is helpful for people with arthritis. It's an easy fix. THIS HAND CREAM IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER USED AND THE ONLY HAND CREAM ANYONE NEEDS FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIFE!!! One application alone gives tremendous relief, two applications and you forget your hands were ever dry. A small amount goes a long way. It absorbs immediately, it's light and non-greasy. I don't know what else you can need, it's so effective my hands look and feel great again. In fact, just recently my face started to get really dry too and I've been moisturizing twice a day all my life. Nothing helped. Last night I decided to put this hand cream on my face, figured it does wonders for my hands, why not? I woke up this morning. Dry skin has all but gone!" —RS
