Okay everyone — after writing about and learning the lore of Maldon salt, I had to try it for myself, and... omg. I'm so happy to report that it's as crunchy and delicious as people make it out to be. I've never really liked the flavor of tabletop salt (ya know, the ones you find in shakers at restaurants), and I'm no culinary expert, but this one has such a yummy, ~clean~ flavor to it!
